SoHome Residential Park is a project of the investment company Hus Invest Sofia Ltd., part of the HUS Ltd. Group. HUS Ltd. was founded in 1990 with a head office in Plovdiv. Hus Invest has over 50 000 square meters of built-up area with its projects in Plovdiv. Currently, the company is working on the construction of a new 60,000m2.
SoHome Residential Park is our first investment project in the field of residential construction in Sofia, but in this project we have put all the experience, diligence and professionalism accumulated in the years of successful growth of the companies we manage. SoHome Residential Park already has a Building Permit issued. On 07.01.2019, with an official ceremony and a solemn sanctuary, took place the "first somet" of the innovative complex.
