The intervention area is bounded to the east by the Vale da Rosa Municipal Road and to the west by Renault's facilities. The South is part of the new detailed plan of the Vale da Rosa area, according to a copy of the Notice 1/2008 of the Setúbal C.M.de, where the future stadium of Vitória de Setúbal is planned to be built.
The entire area will be built with four-storey buildings and plenty of green areas, only in this area is this exclusive allotment of villas planned.
The present Allotment has the process in the Municipality of Setúbal No. 7.9.967 and registered under No. 8209/99.
The Allotment project is part of a plot of land with 10,325 sqm and provides for 22 plots for non-semi-detached houses, with two floors, basement and annexes.
The plots will have areas between 322 sqm and 443 sqm, totalling 7777.80 sqm.
The approved construction areas per plot are 200 sqm on two floors, basement and annex with 40 sqm, totalling an area of 4400sqm of housing and 880sqm of annexes.
The architectural project has been approved, as well as most of the projects of the specialities.
The Allotment project only awaits the approval of the sewer network to be able to proceed to the final phase of licensing.
