The project envisages two residential buildings, which will be located in a common area with an area of 1496 sq.m. on Hristaki Pavlovich St. and Raino Popovich St. in the residential area Dry river. The two buildings are designed with an underground level, a ground floor, seven floors and an attic level. They have 625 sq.m. built-up area and a total of 5225 sq.m. an expanded area above the ground. The ground level of the northern building, which faces Rayno Popovich Street, contains a shop and garages. The ground floor of the southern building has one garage. The remaining floors of both buildings include apartments.   Payment schemes: 30% on PD, 20% on act 14, 20% on installation of plumbing and electrical installation, 10% on act 15 and 10% on act 16!   Start of construction site May 2023.   Commissioning period: 30 months.   NO BUYER FEES!
